Chicken Noodle Soup

Here is a great recipe to make using my fresh pasta egg noodles. It is one of my all time favorites and I have made this soup for many years. It is my most requested soup when someone in my family is feeling under the weather, and it is also good on a cold winter day. I hope you enjoy this recpie as much as my family does.

1 rotisserie chicken cut into chucnks

6 cups of water

1 stalk celery, diced

1 carrot sliced into rounds

1 medium onion diced

salt to taste

black pepper to taste

1 teaspoon of parsley

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

1 teaspoon of onion powder

2 teaspoons of chicken bullion

1pkg of my pasta egg noodles or your noodles of choice

Bring your water to a boil along with your veggies and seasonings. If you would like to use a whole chicken you can boil it in the water for about 45 minutes. If using a rotisserie chicken it will be added towards the end of the recipe. After your veggies have softened up you can add your rotisserie chicken and your pasta egg noodles. Keep it a slow rolling boil for about 8 to 9 minutes till your noodles are cooked. Now ladle yourself some soup into a bowl and enjoy.
