I am a mother of two awesome kids who keep me entertained and a wife to my wonderful, caring, giving, hardworking husband of 23 years. I enjoy cooking, baking, gardening, preserving, helping on the family cattle ranch, tending to my small orchard and chickens. In my free time I enjoy trying new recipes and having family and friends taste test for me.

For many years I have been gardening and preserving my fruits and vegetables, as well as baking anything imaginable such as cheesecakes, pies, brownies, and custom cakes and cupcakes. My skills have grown tremendously over the years and now after constant praise from friends and family I have been encouraged to start selling these products.

Preserving isn’t just a hobby, it is a way of life. I always can and preserve enough to last us until the next harvest season. My daughter loves to “shop” in my pantry and freezers when she stops by to visit me, and my husband and son always asks me what is on the menu for dessert. In my family I’m the go to baker for my nieces and nephews birthday parties and every year the designs get more elaborate as my skills grow. I’m always baking and donating my jams and jellies for fundraisers and our church’s bake sale.
